But the story of Bagels Salads UrWay didn’t start with a trendy business plan. It started with an idea to create healthier fast food options that offer fresh, tasty, satisfying meals on the go. Located across the street from a hospital and hearing about people's busy lifestyle and its toll on health - chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and early signs of burnout syndrome, triggered the idea of healthy on the go restaurants that would include whole foods, Gut health and anti-inflammatory ingredients.
